My Philosophy
Some principles I try to follow
Overview
Focus on making research practical and building things that work. Try to be transparent about progress, what's working and what isn't. Learn by doing, iterate quickly, and don't overcomplicate things.
Work on Hard Problems
Technical challenges are interesting and worth solving. Focus on problems that matter, even if they're difficult. The hard stuff is often more valuable.
Make Research Practical
Good research often stays in labs. Try to turn it into something people can actually use. Balance technical depth with practical application.
Test Ideas Quickly
Not every approach works. Build quickly, test assumptions, and adjust based on what you learn. The goal is finding what works, not being right from the start.
Think Long-Term
Some problems take time to solve. Focus on building things that will matter over years, not chasing quick wins or trends.
Be Transparent
Share what's working and what isn't. Document progress openly. Build trust through honesty, not hype.
